Thanks to our scientific partnership with UCLouvain, we collect and model your behavioral data throughout the experience. You then identify and prioritize your areas of development at both the individual and collective levels, as well as within the organization.
Our specialized team dynamics and neuroscience coaches accompany you on a journey into your functioning before, during, and after this experience.
By the end of the day, apart from having had a great time, each participant leaves with an understanding of communication dynamics and concrete actions to enhance collective performance and resilience.
